Exciting Times at Doyle Library


“This month we showcased Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone with scores of young people in attendance each month,” according to Young.  “We would like to invite all young people to enjoy popcorn and snacks at the movies each month on the first Thursday at 3:30 pm.”





Harry Potter Viewing—Elena, Caleb, Elsa, Audrey, Mallory, Karsun, Klaytun, Lyla and Hannah enjoy the latest movie at Doyle Library, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.  The next movie on Tuesday, July 11 will be the Merry Adventures of Robin Hood at 3:30 pm.

Summer Fun Hour


More than 80 children, young adults and adults have been enjoying Excitement, Knowledge and Good Times at Doyle Library throughout this first week of June.  “We had many children of all ages for our Summer Fun events which are held every Tuesday throughout the summer at 1 pm,” according to Library Director Deb Young.




Summer Fun June 4—(l-r) Wyatt, Halle, Grant, Mallory, Carly, Clara, Grace and Sarah with babies are learning about our American Flag and creating patriotic crafts during Summer Fun Hour on June 4.  The next Summer Fun Craft Creation session will be held on Tuesday, June 11, at 1 pm, Colorful Wind Chimes and other nature crafts.  On June 18, at 1 pm, Doyle Library participants will create Yellow Submarine Craft Kits!
